That is why I reserve a limited amount of time for pro-bono HR foundation support for qualifying early-stage businesses. It is my way of helping entrepreneurs build responsibly from the beginning and contributing to the long-term success of the businesses and communities they create.
How the Startup HR Foundation Initiative Works
Eligibility & Selection
Participation is based on your business stage, current HR needs, anticipated workforce growth, and available program capacity. Because the initiative is intentionally limited, submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance.
What Qualifying Startups Receive
Qualifying early-stage businesses receive an initial HR Foundation Review and Startup Roadmap at no cost, helping identify immediate priorities, foundational HR needs, and practical next steps as the business prepares to hire and grow.
Support Beyond the Initial Review
If additional assistance is needed, implementation support is available through focused HR projects or fractional HR services. There is no obligation to continue into a paid engagement.
